Cincom CNC automatic lathes are used extensively in the automotive, aerospace and medical industries, as well as job shops of all sizes, to manufacture complex and precision parts for electronics, business machines, fiber optics, firearms, tools, medical instruments, valves, fasteners and more.
The Citizen CAV Bar Loader is engineered for use exclusively with Cincom Swiss-type turning centers. It is perfectly configured to the speeds, torque, power, and axis movements of the Cincom machine, allowing it to respond with the precise movements needed for optimum precision, performance, and productivity. Since the CAV and the Cincom share the same CNC controller and the same electrical system, bar feeder movements can be viewed and controlled from the lathe’s CNC. A single controller, rather than two, allows for faster setups, easier operation, and total control from a single console.
The Cool Blaster Multi Port High Pressure Coolant Systems and Cool Blaster Mist Control 850 mist and smoke control system are also configured specifically for use with the Cincom to provide an optimally integrated system.
MCC is headquartered in Allendale, NJ, and maintains sales-service offices in both California and Illinois, supporting a nationwide network of 26 distributors located throughout the United States. CMA is based in Agawam, MA and provides sales, service and engineering services to the New England customers on Citizen, Wasino and Eurotech products.
