Automatic Bar Feeder for Cincom R04

A high-speed bar feeder that complements the Cincom R04

The ASP-04A automatic magazine barfeeder has a special designed separation system that handles bar diameters as small as 0.027 in. The patented "top catching system" uses a scissors-like gripper to pick up one bar at time from a storage bin that holds up to 500 .040 in. diameter bars. The bar is then automatically separated and placed in a staging area. This unique system eliminates any sorting of bars by the operator.
