High speed, one-step manufacture of threaded parts up to ½" diameter

For use with Cincom C16, L20, L32, M16 and M20/32 Swiss turning centers

Turret or tool rack installation

Suitable for tough applications:

  • Titanium or 316L stainless
  • Long L/D ratios
  • High helix buttress thread form, and
  • Large root diameter/head diameter differences

  • One chucking, one-pass manufacture
  • No secondary operations
