JOB TITLE

Regional Sales Manager

Allendale, NJ

Our office is in Northern New Jersey and does involve reporting to office when not traveling for business. Annual commission program applies to this position. Successful pre-employment drug testing and background check required.


Job Responsibilities

Manage, support and maintain distributor network and sustain customer relationships across territory

Support distributor network in increasing sales of company product line to existing customer and securing new customers

Expected travel of 60%-75% required

Presentations to and direct contact with customers

Oversee data entry of purchase orders for customers as required in Syspro

Follow-up on quotes and orders

Attendance at Trade Shows as required

Qualifications & Skills

3-8 years’ experience in Sales with strong sales results

3-5 years experience in CNC Swiss type machines helpful

JOB TITLE

Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer

Agawam, MA

This beginner level position provides technical support to our electro mechanical assembly area, outside technicians and contractors.


Job Responsibilities

Engage in the upfront new product introduction quoting process.

Determine requirements of special tooling and fixtures.

Hands on development of process and procedures for all new electromechanical products.

Continuous review and process improvement for existing assemblies, training and support to manufacturing.

Regular reporting to assure quality levels are being monitored and addressed where needed.

Working with Engineering teams to review all technical needs within the organization.

Reviewing new equipment and processes to provide continuous improvement to the organization.

Provide technical support to the Maintenance and Machining departments as well as train employees on company equipment and safety issues.

Qualifications & Skills

1–2 years of manufacturing experience.

Proficient with WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT and SolidWorks.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work successfully with multiple groups

Self-starter able to complete projects with minimal supervision

JOB TITLE

Electrical Design Technician

Agawam, MA

Working in CNC automated environment, duties include electrical and network debug, program robot controllers. From design, robot simulation, commissioning to debug, installation and support.


Job Responsibilities

Assist in field start-up and customer training when necessary.

Oversee robot programming activities of all active projects.

Work on Robot drawings and configurations.

Perform offline teaching for robotic cells in preparation for prototype programming.

Develop Operator Training Program for production operators.

Implement procedures for programming, debugging and preparation of robot programs to junior staff.

Maintain documentation and programming of robotic systems.

Execute processes for configuration of robot I/O, interface applications and program calls.

Support technical team members with required robotic support and training services.

Conducting pre-sale activities and reviews including customer visits, machine assessment and recommendations, and part processing recommendations

Install, maintain, trouble shoot, and do repairs on CNC Machines (Citizen & Miyano helpful)

Replace ball screws, motors and cartridge spindles

Use ladder and diagnostic functions on all controls

Phone support for troubleshooting; daily and heavy at times

Align and adjust tools

Repair spindle bearings

Align and interface the barfeed unit

Perform first part run off; ensuring machine acceptance

Domestic travel and international travel required (Mexico and Canada)

Qualifications & Skills

Involved in development in all phases of laser applications in machining process

Set-up, operate and program CNC machines (multi axis systems) and robotic equipment

Demonstrate machine operation, machine features to customers

Laser machining design, construction and programming.

Mechanical Machine Designer

Job Responsibilities

Create and maintain mechanical equipment layouts, assembly drawings, bills of materials (BoM), design mechanical components & mechanisms, and create construction documents of designed components (detail drawings).

Enter component and BoM information into our ERP system.

Communicate with vendors and fabricators for parts sourcing.

Responsible for mechanical assembly and testing of prototypes.

Coordinate build and purchasing activities internally with suppliers.

Create project documentation, including manuals.

Provide technical support to troubleshoot.

Some travel to customer’s facility will be required – 10% domestic.

Qualifications & Skills

5-8+ years’ experience in mechanical machine design.

Must possess machine design experience, preferably with machine tool accessories/equipment.

Prefer experience with Swiss type lathes, Citizen and/or Miyano machines a plus.

Understanding of manufacturing processes relative to components designed.

Able to accurately and efficiently create detail drawings of parts and assemblies for manufacture.

Valid driver’s license and passport required.

Proficient with SolidWorks 3D design.

Proficient with MS Office Word and Excel.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Able to work with periodic/minimal supervision and guidance.
